Yes, I know for a fact Ford offered a 2003 MY medium duty truck, but I'm having trouble locating the sourcebook sheets for these model. Supposedly, because the 2004 MY trucks were available in early 2003, the actual 2003 MY info. for the soucebook was only available online to print out via esourcebook. I've contacted Ford's Customer Relationship Center, Ford Fleet(Body Builder's Advisory Board), and emailed and visited too many Ford dealers to mention 'em all here, but I've come up empty. I find it difficult to believe no Ford dealers selling these F650/F750 trucks didn't print out their specification/features/options, etc., back in late 2002, and put the sheets in the 2003 Truck Sourcebook. It's 10 year old info., yes, but I would think...or, at least, hope, FoMoCo would keep such info. at the ready. Usually, these are about 60-70 pages, but if you want to know EVERYTHING about a certain model, they offer more info. than a brochure. Specifications being the keyword. The 2003 MY F650/F750 is a 1/2 MY(model year...) offering. BTW, no 2003 brochure was printed for these truck. The 2003 MY commercial trucks brochure features the 2004 MY F650/F750 "Available Winter 2003"(i.e. Jan.'03) Some dealership SOMEWHERE has to have this 2003MY F650/F750 info. (?)

 

As I remember is there really wasn't a 2003 F-650/750. The Ford built F-650/750 ended in 2002, the International Blue Diamond F-650/750 came out in early 2003 as a 2004 model year. There was a period late 2002 to early 2003 that the F-650/750 was not available. I have never seen a 2003 'Ford' F-650/750.

 

I will agree that the 2004 MY F650/F750s came out in Jan. 2003 as '04 trucks, but there was in fact a 2003 F650/F750 offered for a few months, anyway. According to the 2003 Ford Truck Sourcebook, in the F650/F750 section it states : "2003 F-650/F-750 Super Duty Chassis Cab product information will only be provided in eSourceook at esourcebook.dealerconnection.com" It lists the following colors for 2003 MY F650/F750 on color chart inside the front of the album(FL) Toreador Red,(L2) True Blue,(PX) Dark Highland Green,(B1) School Bus Yellow, (E4) Bright Red,(R1) Island Blue, (YZ) Oxford White, (UA) Black, and (YN) Silver. These are the same colors as offered in 2002, but the 2003 Body Application Guide lists wheelbases and CA dimensions for both 2003&2004 MY F650/F750s. Some (then) new options offered for 2003MY F650/F750 were : 18,000 LB. GVWR available for the F650, dual, manual telescopic trailer tow mirrors, air-ride driver's seat, dual Captain's chairs available with regular cab and crew cab trucks. This info. is right from FTE website under "2003 Ford Superduty Overview".The 2003s weren't available for long, probably 4-5 month model run, but they do exist. Yes, basically the same as the 2002 MY, but with a few added options. It could be Ford took 2002s and called them "2003s", but with the evidence presented, I doubt it. I go on Truck Trader, and Truck Paper websites a lot, and they have many 2003 MY F650/F750 used trucks for sale. I just can't believe Ford doesn't have the sourcebook sheets available for this particular MY.

 

After some detecive work, I came across a "hot sheet" insert for the 2002MY truck sourcebook, dated April 2002. Job 1 for the 2003 MY F650/F750s was April 8th,2002. The 2004 models were introduced June 6th,2002, and available in Jan.2003. This means the actual 2003 MY trucks had a short production run- April '02 to August '02(?). Ongoing investigation....2003 product info.(sourcebook sheets) were availble April '02 via eSourcebook. The search continues. At least now I know they exist. Just a matter of finding a set.
