No parking lights

Installed a set of these last night. Atomice LED Custom LED Running Lights . Had to cut the black and brown clearance light wires at the passenger side A-pillar to reverse polarity to get the LED's to come on. Hooked up the Atomic flasher as per instructions. Had to cut into the brown power wire behind the headlamp switch so when the RED strobes are activated, the orange LEDs go out and only the red flash.
Everything went well(just a lengthy process) and worked as advertised. I pulled the truck out of the shop to lock it up and when I went to turn the headlights on, I noticed my parking lights were not on. I did detect a small electrical odor briefly before backing the SD out but dismissed it as something else.
When turning on the headlights, I can see the LEDs flash on then go right back out.
I don't have a wiring diagram and was wondering what number the fuse was for the parking lights. 01 SD CCSB 4x4 7.3. Thanks

Update. Went out this morning and everything worked correctly. After a short time of driving, it went back to the same as described above. Also, I turn on the flasher and the dash lights go out.
