I'm not looking for a full bumper, I just want a winch mounting plate that'll stick the winch out in front of the stock bumper.

Does anyone make such a thing?

You can add a front receiver to the truck, then buy a winch cradle. Max will be a 9k winch, and that's a straight pull only. I wouldnt try any side pulling , it will bend that cradle and possibly the front receiver.

Next option is warn makes a mount that looks like a grill guard. You can buy the mount only or buy the mount and add the headlights guards etc. Its called Warn Trans4mer

Rough country makes one called EXO

 

I couldn’t find an EXO that fits a 2005 Excursion or one for a 2005-2007 F250.
