So i picked up a 57 f500 custom cab. The vin# is f50L7P15121, 130 inch wheel base, color R, transmission is F, and rear axle is 22. By the looks of it, looks like a 272 or 292 engine, 4 speed with a HUGE pto on the pass. side and what i believe to be a single speed rear axle, hyd assist brakes and 2 pto winchs. Thanks in advance for any help.......pics to follow once i get the lap top fixed and get off this slow pc.

My book don't show a paint code "R"
F =transmission t98a 4 speed syncro
22 =rear axle 6.20 H/D

Thanks Wally and Bill. Still waiting on the new lap top, on my daughters right now. Pics soon i promise. I also have a couple more questions. Does that rear axle have any value to anyone or should it go to china? And whats the story with the t98a syncro trans? Will that bolt in place of a regular t98 non syncro?
