Wiring problems after engine swap.
I replaced my 302 from 1974, with a econoline 302 efi engien.
After i moved over all the wiring, i found some cables that dosent fit anywhere.
The engien starts and runs, but it missfiers and has a bad idel from time to time.

Do you know what year the engine is or what year it came out of. There could be many thing wrong or something simple If your missing a sensor that's not communicating with the ECU would cause the engine to run like crap. But let's see if we can get a engine year and then we'll look for a wiring diagram get it narrowed down.

All right that helps a lot I'm running the same engine it's an OBD 1 in my mustang. Okay so let me look at the wires the pictures are the wires you have a question on I happen to get my shop manuals back from my son in Hawaii where the car is in a shipping container on its way home from Hawaii right now. I'll look at the pics and write down the colors and go out to the shop tomorrow and see what I got.
