Please don't take this the wrong way. I have searched and I haven't seen anything referring to the 2011. Everything I have found that says the resistor is under the hood also says the blower motor is under the hood. This is clearly not the case as I'm lookin right at the blower motor while laying upside down looking under the glove box area.

Usually, it's under the hood, so that the heat from the resistor won't fry anything. Can you trace the motor wiring back from the motor to the resistor block?

Found it. I ended up going to dealership to have them show me. It's in between fire wall and entire box assembly. They also told me the motor was the problem not the resistor. 2 hours later I have air again

I have similar problem. My 2011 F350 with dual zone A/C was not blowing cold air on Saturday. Got some A/C PRO to charge it. On Sunday, I started truck, turned on A/C blower and nothing. No air movement at all. Read a bunch of threads here and pulled the blower motor out. It runs fine on the bench. I found the resistor between the fan housing and the firewall. How do you get it out to test it?

The HVAC box has to come out. This requires pulling the dash to get access to it.

If you have to pull the dash, have them look at the evap core. Seems there's a lot of them that go bad. Might be able to avoid paying twice to remove your dash.
