73 F100, swapping F-250 rear leaf springs

Has anyone ever done this? (putting F250 springs in an F-1) Would I have to re-drill holes for the spring hangers or are the lengths the same? I don't do much towing with it but it likes to sway bad and I almost lost it going down a hill towing my '59 F-100. Thanks for the input!

Keep in mind the width differences of the F250 rear springs...

73-77.5 = 2.25"
77.5-79 = 3"
