I did not do a search for your specific vehicle, but you are looking for something like this:

http://toolzone.com/acatalog/Tool_Zo...kets_2856.html

EDIT: actually that one pictured should work on your truck. K-D Tools KD 2467 4-Wheel-Drive Spindle Nut Wrench

welcome to FTE.
first you will have to determine if you have a D-44 or a D-50 front axle.
your truck could have either axle in it.
the spindle nut wrench is different for the two axles.

easiest way is by looking at the locking hub. the 44 is smaller than the mounting flange, the D-50 is the same size
here is a D-44:

and here is a D-50:

http://m.summitracing.com/parts/otc-6936

This is the tool my spindle nuts took. I tried the 4 prong and the 6 prong before finding the RIGHT tool.

edit: The 1 groove is where the retaining clip goes. (The half circle shaped one)

Check the link in my signature for Front End Rebuild, I did it on a Dana 44 TTB, but the procedure is basically the same for your Dana 50.

I just used a hook shaped tool to fish the clip off. Then just unscrew the Spindle Nut.

I'm not sure why mine had that nut instead of the D44 4 prong nut, but that's what it took. Took me 3 trips to the store for tools but it only cost me like $7 once I got the right one.
