for all the problems ive heard the 6.0's are plagued with.. the engine seems to run strong... its everything else that keeps falling apart on me... first owner i know stayed on top of the maintenance because i have their maint records... 2nd owner i dont think did a thing to fix anything...

i think it was more about lazyness.. the sway bar link bushings were shot.. had a valve cover gasket leaking.. rear pinion seal leaked.. had a buckle in the back seat that didnt work... looked like someone put new pads on but the rotors were warped to hell.. and while i was in the process of changing the brakes out that was when i discovered the rear inner hub seals were leaking... took me a couple months to get the brakes done.. (never knew SD brakes would be so expensive).. in the middle of saving to do the rear was when the ring and pinion stripped each other clean... when i finally got the brakes done it wasnt a week later the left front caliper froze on the rotor to the point the pads were smoking for a good 20 mins..changed out both front calipers... then all the lines...
