A/C good at idle - Bad above 1500RPM

Just like the title says, my A/C works great at idle, but as soon as I hit 1500 RPM, the compressor starts cycling every few seconds. I removed the shim in the compressor clutch, but that did not help.

I put gauges on it today. It is 80F out and my vents drop to 40F at idle. My low at idle is 20-37psi and high side is 95-130psi. As soon as the RPM jumps up, my low side drops to 20psi and my high side dances between 125-150psi as the compressor cycles on and off every few seconds.

IAm I low on Freon or is there something else going on? Any help is much appreciated.

you are low on freon from the looks of it. The psi should be a little higher for that at idle on the discharge psi.
