Thanks for the welcome. As I was removing paint from my truck I uncovered lettering on the door that says "Harold Cable, Milesburg, PA". I knew the truck had been a West Penn Power truck, and I bought it from a guy above State College, so it looks like in between it was Harold's truck!!

 

Oldtrucknut 7077 - I tried the 2 links that you included but the page was not found. I'm interested in both the map and decal.
