i work at a Boss dealer and i own a 7'6" boss super duty plow.
it will be a a slightly narrow plow for the truck and i dont know if boss makes a sport duty under carriage for the super duty ford trucks. far as i know(have seen) is the normal kits and the 10' kits for f-450/550s. that will be your issue.
i currently have a superduty/excursion under carriage waiting to go on my Ex once i get the wiring. that way i'll have my excursion as a backup if something happens to my plow truck.
as stated if your on stock springs, you will be sitting on the bump stops.
a 2013 f-350 i just installed a 9'2" vee blade and wings on.

I installed a front hitch and use a hitch mounted Snow Sport. Works fine but getting in and out a lot is no good. It is a home plow not commercial. I hear Meyers has a nice Home Plow too that uses a front hitch. I will be trying it this winter. I plow about 100 feet of city road, I can't wait for the city to come by, and my shop plot. So far I like the simple plow but I am getting lazy and want cab controls.

Don't know anything about the Boss plow but I installed a Western Ultramount on my Ex. despite all the naysayers on here. I did add Timbren air bags that I bought cheap from Howler4X4 here on FTE. Most times I didn't even use 4 wheel drive.
The frame mount was easy to install and only added 100 lbs or so and most of that comes off for the summer [ the receivers]. My ultramount plow only takes a minute to install when needed and even less to remove so I never had to drive down the road with it on.
