Zerex EC-1 Rated Coolant

I'm about to do a coolant flush and picked up some Zerex ELC concentrate (EC-1 rated) since it was cheap an closer to me than a CAT distributor. Any of you guys running this? I think its red in color...is this ok?

Thanks,

Sam

I couldn't find the Zerex around my area so I went with Final Charge from Peak. If it's EC-1 rated it's likely an OAT type coolant and I think you're fine.

Thanks Dan. It's silicate free, that's for sure. Just been through the color spectrum here...started with the Ford Gold, had to use some of the green stuff in a pinch, and now the red ELC.

Zerex ELC is perfectly fine. Meets Cat EC-1, Cummins 14603 and a host of other OEM specs so it will work just fine in your 6.0.
