OK guys, i finally removed the PCM. i see that the capacitors are leaking, 2 of them have black burn marks and corrosion on them. Where would i get these? do I remove them and try to match them up at Radio Shack?

Radio Shack may have appropriate replacements but it isn't likely. They don't carry much in the way of components anymore.

You need to look at the markings on the capacitors. Since these are electrolytics, they should be easy to read. You're looking for the capacitance and the voltage rating. The capacitance will be in micro-farads, marked uF. You need to get replacements of the same capacitance and with a voltage rating at least as high as is marked on the originals. Higher voltage rating is ok as long as it will physically fit in the space of the old one.

I'd recommend going to Mouser Electronics - Electronic Components Distributor to buy the caps.
