I don't know what is meant by long arm, but the arm has the same shape as the FE for all but the earliest Y Blocks.
If you look at the application list for the Airtex pump linked a post or two above, Y-Blocks, as well as FEs are indicated.
If in doubt, hold the old up to the new, and make sure the arm has the same shape.
