So I just replaced the solenoid is my truck due to starting problems only to find I now have zero power getting to my headlights, cab etc. I checked my battery and solenoid which both are receiving 12v of power. My fuses are fine and zero arc when installing the new solenoid. It started just fine (minus the turn over problem/ read other thread/) before the new install, now nothing...

I'm guessing you put the kinda-fat wires (with the fusible links) on the wrong side of the starter solenoid... they should be on the side with the battery + cable.

sounds like you either left a wire off the solenoid when you replaced it, or put it on the wrong side as he said.

the proper wiring has only the fat starter wire on one side, and everything else with the battery wire on the other side.

i haven't read your other thread, but with all the wires on the wrong side you wouldn't be able to do much of anything
