2005 F350 6.0 ZF6 Clutch Question

I am trying to figure out if this is normal, or a sign of impending failure. My clutch engagement area on the pedal is only about the top 1/8 of travel. On other trannys, that was a sign that its going bad. I'm wondering if this is normal for the superduty zf6's. Thanks for the help.

Doesn't sound normal. Have you checked your clutch fluid level?

I'll check that when I get home, is there any way to adjust this hydraulic clutch?

Just checked the fluid level, its good. Those of you with the ZF-6, where is your engagement zone on the pedal?

Mine starts to pull within an inch of the floorboard. High engagement is a sign that the clutch is worn out
