Yes but be aware the crossmember on the 460 truck is chamfered to allow for the oil filter/cooler assy. and your 302 crossmember is not, so you will need to fit a remote oil filter *or* modify your crossmember. Also the motor mount perches are different, but from what I could see when I did mine (converted to 460 from 300 Six, but have a 302 Bronco with the motor out) the 460 motor mounts could be modified to fit the 302/351 perches - just need to cut one of the studs off of the 460 mount.

Do the remote oil filter method if possible. It's a better option in my opinion so you don't go cutting on stuff, plus you can put your oil filter in an even easier to reach place.

I bought my truck from my BIL who bought it new. It was originally 300 Six, E4OD auto, 2WD, bench seat, manual locks and windows. Now it is 460, ZF5, 4WD, captain's chairs, PL and PW. Didn't do it all at once, tho, the 460 was the last thing. The 4x4 stuff came from an 89 Bronco. The 460 came from a 90 F250.

Oh yeah I forgot you will need a complete underhood wiring harness from a 92-94 460 truck because the 460 has a remote-mount ignition module and your 302 has it on the distributor. The one from your donor truck won't work because the bulkhead connector (where it plugs into the firewall) is different on your 93 truck.
