and i just changed the oil ran it twice for maybe 15min ea.time. the dip stick read almost full now its a little over full.
Like a quarter inch on the dipstick? Might want to do a compression check. I know with semi's, dumping a lot of fuel into the oil could mean bad rings and the fuel is getting past the piston rings, but usually have a loss of power and poor performance. Sorry to worry you. Hope it's something simple.

ok i started to tear it down to do a compression test,i noticed the nine pin plug was burned up in two spots, three glow plugs were had to get out it was like there was a lot of carbon build up holding them in.

Did you complete the compression test?
If yes, what were the numbers?
Burnt pins and bad icp can and usually do cause rough running and smokey conditions...
Keeping fingers crossed for you man and hoping for good compression.
That shouldnt happen unless you also pulled the injectors...
The injectors need to be in their holes and torqued down for compression test...
Otherwise... if you just mean quick puffs of fuely mist... thats normal. They should puff a couple of times then run clean... make sure injectors are unplugged... best way is the valve cover harness connector... or the big 42 pin connector.
