Where to find flare nut crowfoot wrench 27mm or 1 1/16" for EGR flare nut?

I need open that flare nut at EGR valve but is rusted and I need to use pipe. I need flare nut crowfoot or flare nut wrench so I can use pipe to apply big force. Should be 6 points not 12 points. I didn’t find so far. Digital micrometer said 27mm or 1 1/16”. Is it anyone know how to “sand” 1” flare nut crowfoot that I have to make 1 1/16” from it.
I tried already chain wrench, plumber wrench, open wrench, it don’t work. I need or flare nut crow foot or flare nut wrench that you can hit with sledge hammer.

Probably best to heat up the nut with an oxy/acetylene torch,it will free it from the tube as well.
A shop could do this in a few minutes so it should not cost much
if you do the rest of the job.

Talked with one shop representative. He said no torch in that area. We know where is it, at engine driver side but firewall. Personally I tried once to torch bolts that hold gates hinge and spray it wit "BP blaster". I saw flame like 6" tall.

Have you tried a Craftsman 18" adjustable wrench. I run into some big stuff on HVAC Equipment and that's what I use. It will grip the nut on four sides. Wiggle the wrench while tightening it up with pliers on the knurl. Soak the Flare down good with Liquid Wrenh in the squeeze bottle. When you put it back together use Never-Seiz on it.

Grainger's has it in a 12 point Crowfoot, BTW 27 MM equals 1-1/20"

Why are you trying to disconect it?
I cut the egr tube, removed the egr from the truck, then used mapp gas and 12 point box end 1-1/16 on mine.
