Truck should start down below freezing just fine when your batteries, glow plugs, and relay are in good shape.

Mine wouldn't start at all below 40*. Replaced my glowplugs and glow plug relay and I haven't encountered a temperature where it wouldn't start.

FI460 ,Will your truck start on the first try during cold periods or does it take a few trys ?
I replaced my glow plugs and seals on my injectors,so I think I will go ahead and replace the relay also.

Yes. I let the glow plugs work until they shut off. I can tell this because the voltage comes up considerably. On a real cold morning they might run for 2 minutes.

It's good practice to always check the glow plug relay when you're having cold start issues. Oftentimes people thing they have bad glow plugs when it's actually the relay. Cheap easy thing to change for starting insurance.
