1995 4.9 Got Spark... No Fuel

Hello all, Truck has 224,000 miles on her and ran great on Thursday. I went to fire it up Friday night and it cranked a couple of times, fired and then died. I cranked and cranked but no fire. I went out this morning and checked the spark, Looks good, Plugs are dry. Is there any way I can check for fuel closer to the injectors? I know some vehicles had a what looked to be an tire air valve stem, that you hooked up a meter to measure fuel pressure. The fuel pump looks to be relatively new and I put a new fuel filter in it last year. Not because it was plugged, but it had rusted and was leaking. I can here the fuel pump come on. I even dumped a couple of gallons of gas in it just in case it was not picking it up.

Fuel rail should have a check valve. push in the stem and fuel should come out if you are getting fuel to the rail.

Is the vehicle a 95 or is this an implant into an older vehicle?
What kind of pump and fuel pickup are you using?

I was able to find the valve and I am getting gas to the rail. Is there a fuse or relay that send power to the injectors?

do you have a set of noid lights? they can be used to check for injector pulse from the computer control.
they plug into the wire at the injector.

I got her runnin!!! Thanks Gembone for the help. I must have flooded it badly. When I checked for spark I removed the front plug(easiest to get to) and it was dry and had good spark. So I assumed that all the rest were OK. I ended up spraying a whole can of ether into it and getting it to run on the ether. It still would not stay running so I went in the house to do some more research and someone suggested the inertia switch. I checked it and it was OK. I tried the ignition again and it fired on one cylinder. I then just kept cranking and slowly it picked up another and another and finally she was running. Thanks again. Sometimes the stupid thing get ya!
