Grill Guard and Tow Hooks

I have a 2012 F350. I'm trying to find a Westin type grill guard that will allow the factory tow hooks to remain as is. With the Westin products the hooks are removed ( would like something similar to Westin mode l379571) . Any ideas out there on other brands that will work ?
Thanks
Mark

Most...bull bars and grill guards require the removal of the factory tow hooks for installation. with some creativity ,sometimes, they can be retained, but usually requires a bit of modification either to the bull bar /grill guard or tow hooks

Thanks. Still have not purchased. Will probably get the bull bar as I've had several folks tell me that a brush guard provides very limited protection from deer impact. Any opinion on this?

Thanks,
Mark

most bull bars or grill guards fall short on protection

might what to look at Iron cross ...or there is some like those found on big rigs, but their name escapes me at the moment. ahhh here>> HERD | Animal Collision Protection | Moose Bumpers, Bull Bars, Replacement Bumpers, and Semi-Truck Grill Guards

these all tend to be full bumber replacement and prolly will have D rings instead of tow hooks....and not cheep
others to consider ;
Aluminum Replacement Bumpers by BUCKSTOP Truckware

Road Rhino | Heavy Duty Truck Bumpers

Bumpers | Iron Cross Automotive

For animal protection I believe they have a bumper replacement/grille guard but they are pretty expensive. Standard bull bars and grille guards will help you out in the parking lot and that is pretty much it. I actually have some later model bullbars and nerfbars on ebay for super cheap if anyone wants to check them out let me know or do a search on ebay.

Have anything that will fit a 96 F350?

Yup, you are absolutely right most make you remove your tow hooks for installation. I think Aries is one of the few that does not (that's probably their calling card for good reason)

The link is for the Aries that lets you keep your tow hook.

Grill Guard

I hope this is the right place to post this question. I have a 97 F350 and am looking for a cheap brush guard that I can mount a spare tire on. ( I have a slide in camper and no place to put the spare.) I found one off a 86 F250. Will it fit? What years are compatible with my 97?
Thanks in advance for any input here.

Setina PB400

I recently installed a Setina PB400 on a 2014. The bar mounts to the tow hook points. The PB400 indicated in the installation guide that if you wanted to attach the tow hooks, you could. Two caveats though, one from the vendor and one from my observations. The guide states that you'll have to cut the lower fascia. However, based on my observations, the hooks would be unusable as they would be blocked by the lower part of the bar anyway. I ultimately decided to leave them off.

Getting your monies worth from a drill guard.

So I'm walking into Wally World and I see this super duty parked in a handicapped spot. Notice that it retains the tow hooks and has custom yellow paint.
