just went weight my 2013 F250 XLT

2013 Ford F250 XLT, CC, 6.2, 3.73 rear , 4x2, 4/5/13

<O</OTruck with Me (250 lbs) and full fuel:<O</O
Steer axle 3,880
Drive axle 2,980
Total 6,860

Truck with ME in it, full fuel, trailer full water (water tank is between tongue and axle on trailer)

Steer axle 3,760 (max front 4,250)
Drive axle 4,060 (max rear 6,100)
Trailer axles 5,000
Gross 12,820 (GCRW 19,000)

I figured the total trailer weight is 5,960 and 960 of that is tongue weight (max is 1,250). My truck with me, full water and the trailer weights 7,820 lbs (10,000 GVWR ) Looks like 2,180 for wife and what ever else.<O</O
<O</O

Trailer 2006 KZ Frontier, 2303P-F

It's nice having a 3/4 ton truck after maxing out a 1/2 ton for years

That actually doesn't seem too bad.

I weighed my truck at the last Ohio meet and it came in just over 8,000lbs with me (215) another guy (user Dim Sum, maybe 185lbs?) and a half a tank of gas. These trucks are pigs!

I'm Jealous.... Makes me want my truck when I get one even more. I like the sound of extra capacity!

Thanks for posting the weights, it helps to see what a truck actually weighs compared to what the brochers say.

What does the door sticker say for cargo carrying capacity?

I am going back to a superduty, hopefully have new truck in 2 weeks, its bucked with no build date yet had vin for 2 weeks!

Wow, your truck is light. I weighed mine and with a full tank and no one it it, it weighs 7368lbs on a 9600lb GVWR.

Its a 2wd, which help with the weight, and the payload on the door jam is 3,253 and my GVWR is 10,000

Nice, my payload is only 2259 if I remember correctly but it's enough for what I use the truck for. I haul a 660 imp gallon water tank on my flat deck as well as my JD compact utility tractor when needed and also have a 34 1/2 ft Flagstaff V-Lite travel trailer which weighs abt 8500.

Update...

My boss and I took a ride today as he wanted to drive the truck. We drove past a local junkyard with a scale. With him in the truck (He is about the same weight as me) the truck weighed in at 7330 lbs. That is with 3/4 tank of gas. Once I transfer my truck box from the 150 to the 250, I should be just shy of 7500 pounds with me and a full tank which leaves 2100 pounds for the passagers, cargo and the trailer. Not bad in my book and enough capacity when it comes time to move up in trailer size.

I passed a Cat scale today, filled up the gas tank & me in the truck (210#), Leer Cap and maybe 350# of misc stuff.

Steer axle - 4340#
Drive axle - 3860#
Gross Weight - 8200#

I would estimate the truck @ about 7400# from the dealer.

I'm going to run mine over the scales at our local elevator when I get it home, then again when I get all my tool boxes and hitch mounted, then again with the trailer loaded. The GVW is 13900 lbs so I know I won't be close on the truck but I will be at the max 5th wheel tow rating of 15600 lbs.

It will be interesting to see what the truck will weigh in empty then with operating weight.
