Did the custom ford 67-72 come with arm rest?

 

My 68 does.

 

My 67 did not and it is basic 352 automatic is only upgrade to mine

 

My custom 67 has them

 

My custom cab '67 w/352 3 speed has them.

 

I got my 69 for $300 and it came with one armrest...

 

Without an arm rest how would have you pulled the door closed?

Delete arm rest, add loop of twine with eye bolt.

And if it's a 68-72 it sure would have made it to catch something on the handle and pop the door open without the arm rest to protect it.

 

We had a 67 Mercury in Canada and I seem to recall that it had separate handles and no arm rests.
