There is quite a bit of frame flex on the 1/2 ton trucks of this vintage, I have seen plenty of video and pics of these trucks in offroad terrain that show the bed moving several inches out of alignment with the cab. The bed on my truck also moves around quite a bit and I know it's bolted on the frame properly and not rotted.

When I did the bed swap on my 89 F250, I found thin black plastic washers on top of the frame rails where the bed is mounted. Two of the four I had were bad and I didn't put them in. I now have squeeks when frame and bed is flexed. May be one or more have wore out and are cause of the noise.
As a unattended fix that happened to me (junk cheby engine leaked oil in the bed). Try spraying some WD40 or equ where the bed and frame mounts. That took care of me squeeking noise till the oil dried up.
