Really? I have only seen a total of like 5 (alive) snakes in my life. 1 was in Illinois (Gartner Snake), 1 in Vermont (no idea what kind), and 3 in Alabama (Racers/cottonmouths).

My Grandfather in Alabama, used to kill snakes all the time on his property. Whenever we would visit he would have the skins laying on the playground slide drying out or whatever.

I am surprised as well. I live by a creek. I have seen lots of snakes when I lived in Ohio.

Southeast Ohio, Columbus, Cambridge and McConnelsville for most of the time.

 

For about 4 months we lived in the Dayton area, just north of Dayton actually

I had to go work in Dayton for a little bit. Had to train a few people.

 

Ya I could live with not going to Dayton anymore. I did enjoy the Air Force Museum there, that was super cool

Yes, Spent half my life up there. Moved South for a better job..

Where is your origin??

 

Central Illinois born and raised. In the last couple years we move every 3-5 months due to my fiance's job. She is a Traveling Occupational Therapist (kinda like a traveling nurse). I run several online stores, so it works out for me that I don't have to "job hop" every few months.
