so with summer in mind ..where do you go "camping "?? I used to camp in a tent and the back of my pick-up bed ..now have an older Itasca motorhome ..wondering where are the good places on the mainland .??or at least out your way ..I prefer quiet ..and the lakes for scuba diving ...

For the most part we camp local. Our favorite spot is 27 mins from home. It's a small campsite, privately owned. It's on the same river that runs behind our house. Far enough away to be away.

We had all 4 seasons today.
Started with 1" of snow in am, turned to ran late morning, went to beautiful sunny day in pm. The dinner time the snow came again, and we have a fresh inch on everything for the night.

 

Well aint that nice. All I can say is keep it. We had a covering of snow overnight Saturday but it was gone as fast as it came. Whe have had frost the last two nights. Geeze two nice weeks and back to fall type weather.

 

2am want to go for a ride ..on the Harley ..got an old 93 inch shovel head Hot Rod Harley ,,,problem is I want to go see the girlfriend ...guess I should just work on taking out my 54' Ford ..not as much fun but don't get into trouble that way ..you ever have to make that choice in the morning.??do I take the bike or the truck ???...
