Bedside loose and rattling.

I have a 2000 Ranger stepside and the bedside is loose and and I'm trying to figure out how to reattach it. It's loose towards the front of the bed on the passenger side right where the actual step is. Is there an attachment point underneath the the plastic step cover? Any help is appreciated.

Yes there is, the black platic step piece just snaps in, gently pry it off and you have acces to the bolts in there, should be torx fasteners if I remember correctly.
