4" rear block?

Sorry to bring this up if it has been posted before. My question is this I found a set of used 4" rear blocks that the owner is replacing with the 2" for towing his 5th wheel camper. He is gave me the part #'s of his blocks of 2C34-5598-FA & 2C34-5598-GA & also gave me these #'s F81Z-5598-FA & F81Z-5598-GA. I know the second set of numbers are correct but not sure if they replaced the actual numbers on the blocks them selves. I am starting to get everything for V/B swap & figured if I can get blocks used & safe a few bucks why not I'm on budget as it is.
Thank you,
Randy

If they're just under 4" high and from a 99+ F350, you've got the right block

X2! If you use the 4" block, you don't need to mod the Bs. Just put them on the way they come.

Cool Thanks for replies. They are from an 06 F250 just wasn't sure if they were the same since different part numbers.
