Carb rebuilding company??
Welcome to FTE!
Why not just rebuild it yourself? They are not that difficult, and it's a good learning experience. Just go here and read up on it. I know it is about M-blocks, but the carb is the same, and there is some good information there.
To specifically answer your question, I don't know of any carb rebuilders in your area that deal privately. Most rebuilders work for parts stores. You give your old carb to the parts store, they give you a rebuilt one. But, regardless of who rebuilds it, you still have to set it up yourself, as far as idle speed and mixture, and choke settings. But rebuilding it yourself allows you to do some tweeking to get a few more horses and more driveability out of it.
