99 7.3 need help!! cranks no start

Alright new to the site. And lloking for some help on my truck. So this is what I have. A 99 super duty 7.3 turbo. Will crank but won't start. I don't have a WTA light coming on. No rpms when cranking. And I'm not getting fuel when keys on.
I've replace the glow plugs glow plug relay. Pcm was just rebuilt at crites in Illinois. Also has new caps. I've traced wires down all seem fine also all fuses ate good and the fuel bowl heater is disconnected already. Hope sombody can help thanks

I would start by cking powers and grounds to ecm and Idm . Does anything come pn in the dash ? Maybe as simple as a bad igniton switch .

Hi dmin1990, welcome to FTE!

I'm going to send this one down to our 7.3L Powerstroke forum, the folks down there will be able to give you a hand. My WAG would be a bad CPS.

No RPM's? Sure it's not a bad CPS?

Not all trucks show RPMs while cranking.

I have checked the large fuses also. I will check the grounds tomorrow. And as far as the cps I've replaced it 2 times thought maybe I had bought a bad one. And this truck did show RPM while cranking prior to this happening. Everything started when my starer froze up. Could it possibly be a fusible link anywhere?
Thanks for all the replys
