I am new to this forum and unfortunately I am unable to read all of this wonderful information. I was wondering if the guys who have worked on 56 f-100 would be able to let me know how you converted the non-power steering to power steering, and if there were kits or other tricks to be told. Any info will be very much appreciated by this noob. Thanks, Josh
I assume that you meant overwhelmed by the vast wealth of knowledge and unsure of how to best search through it. If you are legally blind, and thus unable to read, I apologize in advance and must state that I admire your ambition.
I am not sure this is the way I want to go. I was thinking more with the Mustang II front end. I believe I want to upgrade the brakes to power disc brakes first and then do the steering. If you have any links for that it would be great, I will continue to dredge through the thousands of posts and probably find other awesome things to do.

The mustang 2 is kind of a one shot deal. You cant just do the brakes and then the steering, it has to all be done at the same time since is a completely different suspension than whats under your truck now.
I have been doing some reading in all of these very informative threads and I believe I am interested in the Mustang II conversion. If anyone has done this and has had issues or nothing but praise please post for me.
Make a few more posts. When you get over 10, the search function will become available to you. You titled this as a "possible" build, this sounds to me like you are still in the planning and/or dreaming phase, and have not obtained a truck yet. Your questions so far are so commonly asked here that they are discussed at least once or twice a month, try reading the discussions that seem to pertain to something you are interested in the last 6 -10 topics pages. Even if your exact question isn't covered, there is enough information in most all of them to be worth reading.
