What's your postive factors? I'm not trying to be a dick. I just don't want to see you get something and it's not what it is.

He meant... how do you know it's a pace truck?

What are the facts? Tell us the details and we'll let you know if it's a pace truck or not.

You dont need any proof or documentation. If you know its a pace truck then thats good enough. If you really got that good of a deal then just do it.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand the excitement over this pace truck to begin with. The only real incentive to have one today would be the original paint job and decals. But if those are gone, it's just another truck with some options. I'm not saying it's not a good deal (you probably need a little more information or inspection to make that call), but the fact that "it's a pacer" or "the guy doesn't know what he has" don't really seem to add much here.

I don't understand. You already have one of these trucks, correct? Are you asking if you should sell one to pay for another?

"Better" is an objective, ambiguous term. "Better" means different things to different people. If you already know which is "better" in your eyes then you've already answered your own question.

I'm not an accountant or anything, but if you don't have $750 on hand to pay for this truck, how are you planning on funding a non-running vehicle?

This is a fair question. Boils down to a reasonable and impartial assessment of both vehicles. I saw a late 90's something chevy lumina (I think) pace car today. It was pretty much a pile of ****. Other than some stickers and other cosmetic tweaks, its just a car or truck. Now if it was taken care of and in pristine condition it might be worth something.

If yours is running and considering its a known factor, I would stick with it.
