OK... So I know I need to replace the bushings... But here is my delimma....

Which ones?!?!?!


I am going to get Energy Suspension's Poly bushings BUT!!!!.....

I look at their site..and the E99 gets the 4.5192R OK That shows 1 1/8 bar. I start looking at local stores and that part number shows 7/8 inch bar. WTH?!??

So... Early 99.. Build date 10/98

WHICH SIZE BAR? I have somewhat measured it and I beleive it is the 1 1/8 (32mm) but I can't be the only one who has replaced these on a E99. I just need to know which one to order. Yes... I could climb back under the truck and measure it again...No I really dont feel like it. Im getting old and lazy.

 

Vehicles with smaller (approx) 1 Inch Endlink Eyes will use 4.5192 instead. These vehicles are typically early 99 models (March/1999 and earlier approx) The key thing to look at is the eye diameter of the end links. Early model link eyes should be 1'' ID and late models are 1.5" ID. Is this where you were looking for the bushings? Energy Suspension Parts: 4WD, Ford F350 4WD 1999

 

OK I got that part number from another post on this forum and he said he had the E99. Thats what I was going by.
So I should be using the 4.5186?

It depends on the Endlink eye size, you have?

4.5192.....1" eye
4.5186.....1.5" eye

 

So even though my truck for sure is an early 99...it could still be different. UGH. And I thought women were hard to figure out.
