As Kenih said, hug Both your kids. We lost a Daughter (Christmas Day 2012) and son (5 years ago to suicide) already. It's hard to understand why things happen the way they do but we just have to take it in stride (much easier said than done) and keep doing our best. Enjoying what we have and not what we've lost. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks to you all for you kind words of support . We came close to losing (IAN)a few times but things are improving and I think he is here to stay.

One thing I have learned, is that each person makes choices in there life usually after much for thought to fulfill there goals in life, so who am I to question or judge a choice made by another. I have a son and there is absolutly nothing he could ever do to change the love I have for him. I admired you b4, and if anything I admire you more for suporting the coices of your son. Family is everything, and it sounds as you have a pretty nice one.

Good for you for supporting your children. If he was completely uncomfortable in his own skin being a she and it will make him feel like a real human being a he, then by all means.....go forth and prosper. I for one do not feel any different to you and yours.
