My mistake, the block casting number is on the right lower side (opposite the oil filter adapter on the other side). It says: C6ME-A

That number doesn't mean anything in terms of what year your engine was assembled, the oil filter date stamp will give you a general time frame though, but once again, it'll only be around a 2yr window, give or take, no specifics.

It was "built" in 66 or 67.

6L 1 5 = engine block
cast November (L) 15, 1966 (6) / A = January, M = December. The letter I is omitted.
C6 ME ~
C = decade 1960's,
6 = 19
66 / But, again, this is a foundry mark only.
There is no way to know which exact 1967 Ford/Mercury vehicle the completed FE engine was installed in.
Pick one: Galaxie/LTD/Mercury Monterey/Montclair/Parklane / Fairlane/Comet / Mustang/Cougar / F100/350.
Suggest you measure the stroke to pin down (somewhat)
which FE engine this is: 352 = 3.50" / 390 = 3.78" / 410/428 = 3.98"
