Which of these Lunati Cams Will Work

I was contacted by Lunati Cams, twice actually, and both guys suggested different cams. I'm not sure which one will be better suited for stock valvetrain, that's where I need some assistance. Here's the specs on the two Voodoo's:
Cam 1:
•Advertised Duration (Int/Exh): 256/262
•Duration @ .050 (Int/Exh): 213/219
•Gross Valve Lift (Int/Exh): .535/.540
•LSA/ICL: 112/108
•Valve Lash (Int/Exh): Hyd/Hyd
•RPM Range: 1000-5500
•Includes: Cam Kit

Cam 2:
•Advertised Duration (Int/Exh): 262/268
•Duration @ .050 (Int/Exh): 219/227
•Gross Valve Lift (Int/Exh): .540/.552
LSA/ICL: 112/108
•Valve Lash (Int/Exh): Hyd/Hyd
•RPM Range: 1400-5800
•Includes: Cam Only

Motor specs are:
460 with D3 heads, mild porting
Flattop pistons with 9.7 compression
Edelbrock Performer Intake with Holley 750cfm
Truck is an 80's F150 Stepside with solid front axle, estimated weight maybe 5500lbs? Used for some towing, some offroading, mostly crazy fun street driving.
Another option would be to call RM Competition for a custom grind for not much more than a Voodoo cam. I'm just looking for some suggestions from more experienced builders so I don't end up throwing mismatched parts together and not happy with the outcome.

Quick update, my tech support guy from TCI suggested I use a cam with: Duration @ .050 218/224 Lift is .513/.520 with a 110 LSA .

It's kind of strange the tech from TCI is giving me cam suggestions but never gave me a suggestion on torque converter. ha

IMHO, They are both prettry mild cams......hydraulics are much less suceptable to poor idle, etc as the duration & lift increases as compared to a solid lifter cam, these should both have nice idles, vacuume, etc.
I would definitely go with cam #2....the little bit of extra lift will help make the engine breathe which is what we are all going for anyway.....trucks are heavy and more lift, more torque. In regards to the power band.....the little more duration raises the start of the power band by 400.....starting at 1400 rpm.....chances are that will match the OEM or similar torque converter perfectly....if you run a tach, check it & I will bet the TC doesn't fully engage until around the 1400 rpm mark....so there will be no lag, loss of MPG, etc.

looks to me like he had comp's xtreme energy in mind:

i would think that with your higher compression and mild porting that either your second voodoo cam or the comp XE262H would fit the bill. but i'm a total cam rookie, so take that for what it's worth.

Either/any cam you will have to check all the basics. Retainer to guide clearance, piston to valve, rocker clearance, coil bind, push rod length, lifter preload, etc. Don't just throw it in.

Thanks guys. A little reassurance is all I needed. I'm still wondering about the cam I put in the 351W I built a few years ago.
