hydro boost conversion on 1990 f350
Im looking to do a hydroboost conversion on my 1990 f350 long bed crew cab dually diesel. I was woundering if a 99 and up F or E series bosster would work? I ask because I could a hydrobooster, master cylinder, hoses and pump from an 08 E350 for next to nothing. My budy wrecked his van. Any input would be highly welcome.

nope but list it on ebay and take the $ to put towards the parts you need.you'll probably end up $ ahead still.

fyi;
vac brakes are easier to press/more driver comfort than hydro.the power doesn't compare,but if you don't need the hydro,keep your vac is my advice.
there are pro's and con's to every modification,and sadly most people don't inform others of them while making their suggestions about upgrades.swapping to hydro with a stock, light, pickup setup with stock tires or slightly larger that's just driven around empty most of the time is an unworthy candidate for the swap imho.for my heavy hauler,it was a night and day safety upgrade.
