frontend bounce when braking
on my 1988 f350 4x4 crewcab, im experiencing some front end bounce when braking from high speeds. if im going slow it wont do it. and driving around the frontend is straight, no shakes or vibration. my tires are wearing evenly and i feel no pulsing on the brake pedal when its happening either. i just take my foot off the brake pedal and it goes away. i dont hear any wierd noises coming from the wheel bearings either. any idea what might be causing this???????

no steering does not shake. it feels like a up/down bouncing effect if anything. truck drives straight, no shakes or vibration. only when you brake hard do you feel it. i would think warped rotors also but i dont feel it in the brake pedal when it starts either. basically it feels like the hole front of the truck starts hopping when i brake hard. i have thou eliminated my tires because they are wearing nice and even.
