how to make it ride smoother.. ford 91 2wd

i have a ford f150 2wd regular cab and it rides really really rough is there a way i can make it ride smoother i know i canīt achieve a chevy type ride but can it be close? i have 31in tall tires btw thanks

What shocks? If someone put HD or fancy gas shocks on it, it will ride like a tank. Mine was like that when I bought it. I pulled them and put plain, STOCK replacement shocks. Much better ride, not so stiff feeling.

What air pressure do you run? I usually drop them down a few pounds to soften them also.

actually i have stock replacement shocks and i run about 35psi on my tires...
