Weigh in time. What's your guess?

With tanks full, the front weighed 4820 and the rear 4180. For a nice even number of 9000 lbs. so according to the sticker on the door, I'm 200lbs over weight in the front and can only put 1000 more lbs of crap on it. Seems odd to me. IDK. I bet the 4x4 being added to this truck with a Dana 60 added some weight in the front for sure. Here is my door sticker.
In hopes of moving soon I don't want Johnny law to give me a weight ticket when towing my trailer with my whole house packed in it.

I guess I was way off! I could have sworn that my truck was just under 7k empty. I'll have to roll it across the scales again I guess and see.
I wouldn't worry about the weight hurting the truck. By adding the 4x4 you have a heavier duty axle under the front there as well. These rear ends can take a lot too, so I wouldn't worry about that. Johnny Law, though..... that's another issue. I don't know how you get around that issue. We don't have to worry too much about that around here.
BTW, it looks like Todd was the closest.

I'm not too worried about hurting the truck, that's why I bought it back when fords were built ford tough. Lol. Can the front axle rating be changed by doin an inspection or something or maybe even the gvwr. At the highway patrol or something. Heavier duty axle = it can handle more weight and weighs more therefor also raising the gvwr.
