There is no Ford Truck Parts Catalog listing for an "innie" wheel after 1966.

Wheel may be listed as a replacement in autoparts store and wheel manufacturer catalogs, but not in Ford Truck Parts Catalogs.

And...if people buy these "innie" wheels for 1967 and later, they'll have to change the hubcaps.

Innie: So called because the hubcap snaps over tabs located on the inside of the wheels center section.

Outie: So called because the hubcap snaps over tabs located on the outside of the wheels center section.

Since inner hubcaps were last used in 1966, they can be difficult to find.

I would lay odds that, that wheel is Home Grown. Any of you old time racers know well that we used to reverse the centers on wheels to give it the deep dish look or to get more meat under it. I myself have welded centers into other rims that were wider to mount larger wheels and reversed them at the same time. There were also after market guys that made reversed wheels for all kinds of wider tires. Those welds look like NON-factory welds to me. I've seen home grown welded wheels that had the innie centers but I never heard of a factory or aftermarket 'INNIE' wheel offered. Thus home grown innie wheels. Course I'm willing to learn.

AND, since there are companies these days that sell repoped innie and outie wheels that come in all sized of width, I wouldn't waste my brain looking for a match. Just look up some of these old school wheel companies and get a set of chrome or non-chrome or white with the width size you want. They even offer any off set you need. You give em the measurements and they make em up... Surfing the web can be fun, so have fun.
