1996 E-150 O2 sensor fuse/relay?

OBDII codes are mostly universal, the same codes are going to indicate the same issue. Have you checked for 12 volts between the red wire, and the red/white wire, at the O2 sensor socket? If you have no voltage, then check between the red wire, and chassis ground. If you have voltage there, it's likely the computer. That was my issue, and a new computer solved it. Note: If you do have to the computer, pay close attention to the code that indicates which calibration number you have: 6-98R, 6-98E, etc. You have to get the same code, or risk throwing codes or having other issues.

power everywhere!
96 f150, I6 engine.
all 3 HO2S codes - open/shorted heater circuit.
PO replaced the O2 sensors, no change.
I replaced the front bank sensor, since it was easiest to get to. cleared codes, all reset immediately.
tried cleaning the wires at the front O2 connector so I could tell which was Red, and red/white. Found the red, so tested for power. had power between 2 of the other wires, nothing on the third. had power between red and ground.
based on others experience, I'm thinking it's the PCM.
