further more does the black on belong to that distributor?
Put what ever tfi and computer on the truck the motor belongs with. I'm not sure which truck is which, but make sure all the f 350 stuff stays together, and vice versa. As I said before a BLACK TFI WILL NOT RUN A GREY TFI BASED TRUCK, AND A GREY TFI WILL NOT RUN A BLACK TFI TRUCK
I would also change the computer to the one that belongs with your motor you are using
The computer on 92 and newer truck is accessed from the firewall side, NOT from the passenger compartment like earlier model trucks

I may change my mind on the computer. What transmission is in the truck you are using?
What transmission is in thee donor truck?

If the transmission is the same, you can keep the computer, if not, change it. You still have to change the TFI though. Unless you want to change the distributor

WHERE IS THE ECM FUSE?AND THE EEC relay, LOCATED
today i poped the fuse box under the hood and there was a blown 40 am fuse i replaced this with one from the 96 f-250( my parts truck)
im thinking i may have blown a relay or something possible i grounded out when i was removing the battery while i was disconnecting my plow unit...

Was the engine running in the other truck before you pulled it?

Check firing order, make sure the distributor is on Top dead center #1.

If you have spark and fuel it should run.
