Why would u just unplugg ur egr valve? U need to delete the cooler. Keep the valve plugged in...albeit,cleaned. Your issue could be a few things. Theres a stc fitting that needs updating if u havnt already done it. Hpop leak. Ckp and cmp could not be syncing. Ficm could be shot. A plethora of other things not to mention... Your pissin in the wind without a scanner.
I picked up a cheep code reader from Autozone all it read was no link. cheep POS. It is a no crank the FICM reads 47.8 A. cleaned the EGR valve that was why I plugged it back up. Know someone with super chip 1706 would this read codes it was for a 2006 6.0 and I have A 2005. the EGR valve was unplugged becouse it was putting the truck in limp mode and a read a lot of people just unplugg them.

All of these would be a no start but it would try to turn over.
So if it is a no crank ( meaning the starter doesn't do anything when you turn the key to start ) if so have you tried holding the shift lever up in the park position or putting it in neutral? If it is a no start ( meaning the starter turns the engine over but she wont roar to life ) You are gonna need some gauges that read live data to point you in the right direction.
The PCM is not supplying ground to the ground side of the starter relay for whatever reason. Start unplugging three-wire sensors under the hood, one at a time, until communication is restored to the PCM for the engine to resume cranking over again. I would start with the fan clutch wiring connector.
