Thanks 383lightening! Wow that is a great comparison using the air bags! So you've still got the big truck type wheels hey? Very cool looking rig! Love it! What engine are you running?

Hello

Welcome.
I am also working on a COE.
Im not an experienced builder like these great guys but Im trying.
This is what Im shooting for:
By The way I have a seat you can have If you want it.
The only issue would be the logistics for the shipping.

This is the Engine cover, minus the bottom "skirt" I added that so it could clear the valve covers.

Thanks Josh. Is a flathead a side valve?

I'd settle for a book on original COEs, cause I am missing a lot of basic parts like seats and the engine cover/bulge int he cabin... I can make one so its not a problem, but I'd like to at least see how it use to be, so I can figure out how basically to fit things, and then how to modify them. Might be a long shot.

Great pics, thanks, Iwanna! And thanks for the offer of the seat... I'd love it! I don't even know if it should have two buckets or one bench? I realise you can put what ever, but just knowing what it was built to accommodate, gives me a good idea of what I can do to it. Those pics of the engine cover are great, thank you! What engine are you running?

Im runing a small block chevy, somewhere I read that all Fords came with sbc(Ducks and hides).
Im using a bench seat from a Ford Ranger pick up.
Maybe A light mold from the original cover could be made so you can replicate the shape??
