Exclamation 7.3 ip help

hi all, well heres my problem iv got an 89 f350 with the 7.3 idi and we just rebuilt it about a yr ago and then bought a new truck so it just kinda sat for about 4 months and now it wont start, heres my diagnosis so far, first i thought it was the shut off solenoid but i can hear it click just fine so then i checked the return line and it was dry so i checked the old mechanical fuel pump and it was barely dribbling fuel out so i replaced the fitler and still the same so i then rewired the electric pump it had on it and now it will shoot fuel all the way to the other fender and iv got fuel at the return line as well but still no dice so i cracked open 1 of the injectors and it would barely push out fuel so i cracked another and it had nothin at all.... im just at a loss now on what to do really

After you got the electric pump working, how long did you crank it?
Once the IP gets air in it, it can take a while to purge it.
Crank it for 10-15 seconds, then let the starter cool for at least 1 minute. Do it again... Repeat... Keep it up...
You get the idea...

on the ip ther is a return line nipple if you remove it..there should be a very light spring and a check valve ball,,in the nipple is a small hole,,orafice,,is it clear?..is the check ball gummy?..when you try to start it put your foot down on the peddle...the fss can get gummy to..plug the block heater in and keep trying..good luck..
