Heated/Cooled Seat Issues

Ok guys i need some help here. I did a search but I couldn't find anything for 09+ F-150's. My drivers seat has lost the heat. I can hit the button, here the click and the lights come on for about 15-20 seconds then it turns off on its own. When i push the button again it lights and then immediately turns off. Same thing for the cooled seat button happens, but only after I try the seat heater first. When i try the cooled button first it works just fine, but switch the the heater and it clicks off. So, on to troubleshooting. I checked the seat air filter and its not that bad. I tried seeing if i could find if I had a burnt wire on the heater elements (seems to be an issue with other fords ) in the seat but couldn't get the leather off enough. I cant find in the owners manual which fuse is for the drivers seat. Found the passenger but not driver, so if anyone knows which fuse please let me know. Any other ideas oh great and wonderful Ford guru's? PLEASE!!!!! Thanks

If you find the connector to the heated seat grids, you can unplug the connector and test the wiring. With the plug undone and the seat heater button on, check the "in" wiring for power with a 12 volt test light. Then check the "out" wiring with a continuity tester (self-powered test light). Both are sold at most any auto parts store, and are good diagnostic tools to have around for electrical issues. If you have good power to the connector, the problem should be in the seat heaters (open circuit or short); if not, start tracing for power back toward the dash switch. Good luck, electrical issues in newer vehicles can sometimes be real pains to diagnose.
