Power outlets behind console on 2011 f150 lariet

My grandson broke off the cover on the 12v power outlet behind the console in the back seat area. It is a square black cover. The 110 volt outlet is next to it. I bought the part- part number: 19a487, but don't know how to replace it. Do I have to pull the console to do it, or does the old broken one come and off and the new one snap in? Any help on this will be appreciated.
Thanks
Ken

had my 120v unit changed under warranty because male 120v plugs would not grip tightly in the outlet holes. They told me the outlet was not replaceable & dealer replaced the entire inverter AND outlet.
Did not realize there were individual parts available for it.

Did you get it fixed?

How did you install the cover?

I had the same exact thing happen on my 2011 Ford F150 Platinum. I bought the new part. But I can't seem to get the old one out. How do I get the old one out?

WARNING: Disconnect the battery before servicing the direct current/alternating (DC-AC) inverter or alternating current (AC) powerpoint to prevent the risk of high voltage shock. Failure to follow this instruction may result in serious personal injury.

1. Remove the 3 screws and the storage compartment door.

2. NOTICE: Raise the selector lever trim panel only enough to access the floor console rear panel screws. If the selector lever trim panel is raised excessively, component damage may occur.

Lift the rear portion of the selector lever trim panel to release the retaining clips.

3. Remove the 2 floor console rear panel screws.

4. Using a non-marring tool, gently pry the lower portion of the floor console rear panel to release the 2 retaining clips.

5. Disconnect the AC powerpoint electrical connector.

6. Press the AC powerpoint retainers inward and remove the AC powerpoint.
